How long is delivery? |
| After payment it will be posted within 21 days, but often quicker. If you pay by check/cheque then add an extra seven days for that to clear at the bank. Time required for the postal system in the UK is usually less than 3 days. To the USA its around five days. Canada slightly longer. Mainland Europe around 4 days. Australia and New Zealand 5 days, Japan between 5 and 14 days. |

Why does it sometimes take more than a day for answers to emails? |
| We check emails a couple of times a week normally, but it can be less. Occasionally we will be away and it may take longer. If you don't hear from us within 14 days please send another. |
